So I wanted to know can you add games to the list with out using general? Can i go in and lets say add blackwake or is that something you have to add and then it would just come in a panel update. Right now I have it working as general but just wanted to see if the end user is able to do it there self.

Right now end users can't update the list. If the game uses a common query type, you can try the source protocol (or whichever query protocol it uses) to enable advanced monitoring of it.
