Permissions not working correctly for a server game

Upgrade to 1.81 and then created a new user and also a new group. Assigned the group to a new server entry created as well.
Permissions are not reflected to the given newly created user. That is they should have all permission (not admin) to that given server.

Expect, all they can do is RCON, and stop and start.

I want them to have access to the command line entry. But currently it is not available?

Is there a bug or something, I have missed. I have done this in a previous version of UGCC and it worked fine.

Do you have the 'Allow users to edit command line' option enabled for the server?

okay, I did not have that enabled. So, now the created user can modify the command line.
