It would be nice if there was a feature that could be set so that the server box can be rebooted every once in a while (thus properly shutting down all game servers before the shutdown).
Also allow for certain programs to be executed before the shutdown.

I'd use task scheduler and the api to accomplish this. You could probably use a batch file to stop the servers, run your commands then reboot the box.
