I currently don't offer hosting for the panel; but if you'd be interested I can probably whip something up. You can host the panel from any box including the same box as the game servers. I've done this and alot of my customers do this with no ill effects on the game servers.

No eta. You can embed any html (ie a paypal button) very easily for each game server in the admin notes. It'll show on the managment page for each server.

All the settings are all documented within the web.config. You need to set the database type to mysql; then enter your mysql server's info.

You need to import the .sql dump into a mysql database server.
