What's in the bat file that can not be ran directly?

Check out the /c option for cmd. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/libr ... 71320.aspx

Hello

Sorry for the late reply.

Thing is if i set as executable the .bat file, when i press start, the .bat is "started" , the status of the server is offline: so when i press "stop" it says, the server is already stopped.

You should not use bat files with the panel. The panel will have no way of determining if things that are started in the bat file are running or not.

If you want to post the contents of your bat file I can help you set it up in the panel properly.
